No fix for it as of yet, just hope Nvidia is aware of it and is working on it.

I recently got an update on razer synapse which created a 3rd audio device. It seems to have something to do with the latest drivers/GeForce Experience version. Nvidia shadowplay not picking up audio on certain output devices I'm using a Razer Kraken tournament edition, I have the latest GeForce experience and drivers, plus all my updated audio drivers.

Fuck?Įdit 2: Okay, so I've checked the official GeForce forums and A LOT of people are having the same issue. It will capture the last 5 minutes (but completely glitched) and then continue to record for 5-15 minutes AFTER the 5 minute mark and that footage is completely fine but without audio? What. But it doesn't end, it keeps recording for 5-15 minutes and that gameplay is SOMTIMES completely fine (if not distorted and pixelated even more) but with no audio? So it seems like it's doing some sort of reversed fucking recording or something. After that it's just a pixelated freeze frame until it reaches the 5 minute mark where the clip is supposed to end. If I set it to capture the last 5 minutes the clip will glitch and pixelate until it reaches 14 seconds, then it completely freezes. I have never even touched the settings this just started happening?!Įdit: Completely reinstalled GeForce Experience along with the drivers + reverted back to old graphics drivers and it's still happening.Edit 2: Something really strange is happening. As soon as I start skipping forward in the clip with any media player (windows/vlc) it just freezes. Also I got shadowplay set to record the last 5 minutes of gameplay but if I fast forward a broken clip, not only does it freeze the entire frame but it also displays the clip being 30 minutes long, which it is not. It has been working fine since forever but now whenever I shadowplay something the clips come out distorted and pixelated. So out of nowhere my shadowplay started acting up.
